The Opportunity

• Associate-level hire (A1 / A2) into a high-performing Consumer IB team
• Based in New York
• Broad Consumer coverage remit including subsectors such as:
  • Consumer & Retail
  • Food & Beverage
  • Consumer Health / Wellness
  • Branded Consumer Goods
  • E-commerce & Digital Consumer

Why now?

• The team is in growth mode following a strong pipeline of mandates
• Increased deal flow across M&A and capital markets
• Need for additional Associate capacity to support live execution work and pitching activity

What they’re looking for

• Associate-level investment banking experience (A1–A2)
• Strong M&A execution background
• Open sector background — Consumer experience NOT required
• Most importantly: a clear interest and genuine passion for the Consumer sector

They are open-minded on sector background, but want someone who:

• Wants to build a long-term career in Consumer
• Can quickly ramp up across live transactions
