M&A Associate

Our client, an international and well-established investment bank, is looking for an M&A Associate-level professional to join their team in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for potential M&A transactions in different sectors;
• Due Diligence: Lead and participate in due diligence processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions;
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes;
• Deal Execution: Support the end-to-end deal execution process, working closely with senior team members to facilitate successful transactions. Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and financial advisors to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus;
• Proven experience (2+ years) in investment banking, M&A, or financial advisory roles;
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills;
• German language.
