Role Responsibilities

• Build financial models from scratch, reflecting on-desk experience.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate financial insights into model development.
• Evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated financial content to enhance model outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity with deal experience.

Interview Process

• 10 mins behavioral interview about previous deals.
• Technical assessment evaluating financial expertise (< 30 mins).
