Tech M&A Team Member

About Us

Our client, a leading mid market investment bank is looking for strong additions to their Tech M&A team in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) within the mid-market technology sector, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence coordination
• Prepare client materials (pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations) and support senior bankers in deal origination
• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company analysis to identify strategic opportunities and support transaction positioning
• Manage workstreams, liaise with clients and external advisors, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent deals

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or transaction services with a focus on technology
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis) with high attention to detail
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) with strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively within lean deal teams
