Schedule: Typically 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented early‑career Data Analyst to join our Commercial & Investment Banking support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, has an interest in the financial markets, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing exceptions, and helping ensure accuracy across a variety of financial instruments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigate and respond to operational requests and inquiries
• Review daily reports and identify potential issues or exceptions
• Support the processing of corporate actions
• Monitor, review, and respond to email communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
• Manage exceptions in our primary instrument system across multiple asset classes, including:
  • Stocks
  • Indexes
  • ETFs
  • Futures
  • Options
  • Rights and Warrants

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• ✅ Interest in the stock market and financial instruments
• ✅ Flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availability
• ✅ Positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
• ✅ Basic technical skills or a strong willingness to learn new systems

Preferred Background

• 1–3 years of professional experience
• Prior exposure to the finance or banking industry is a strong plus
• Experience in operations, reporting, analysis, or support functions
