Investment Product Manager Location: Cape Town (Hybrid) Purpose of job The Investment Product Manager is responsible for the 10X house investment products for institutional and retail clients and representing these products. The is involved in shaping the firm’s strategic agenda including.

• End-to-end investment product

• High‑priority project and problem‑solving focus

• Strategic positioning of investment value proposition

• Assisting in multi‑stakeholder engagement, in particular facilitating collaboration in the investment team, operations, distribution and other departments

Core Responsibilities Investment Product

• CIS/ETFs and insurance wrappers

• Single Asset class building blocks

• Commercial positioning (Profitability analysis etc.)

• Rationalisation sub scale funds where applicable

• Efficient execution of mandates

Client‑facing support as investment specialist

• On the road (in person)

• Online (webinars, articles)

• Advanced inward bound investment related queries

• Intermediary servicing

New launches

• (proactive and reactive) alignment with investment beliefs

• Business case building

• Product Launch project management

• Regulatory and company secretarial execution

• Multi stakeholder engagement and management Marketing/Investment and operational and regulatory/legal drafting

Data & Reporting Enhancement (as relates to investment product)

• Develop, enhance, and standardize investment reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance for both internal and external stake holders. (MDD, reporting packs etc.)

• Improve delivery of reporting from basic performance metrics to advanced risk and attribution insights.

• Integrate automation, visualization, and advanced analytics into investment reporting processes to drive efficiency and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience

• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
