Investor and Client Onboarding Specialist (12 Month Contract)

Our client, an international asset management company specialising in delivering tailored financial solutions, is seeking an Investor & Client Onboarding Specialist. The organisation is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients through comprehensive services and a focus on sustainable, regulated asset management. This role involves supporting the onboarding and KYC processes for investors in their Guernsey entities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in investor onboarding, and KYC within Fund Administration.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the review and onboarding of new investors
• Checking of application forms and investor due diligence documentation
• Liaising with investors to request additional documentation
• Performing risk assessments of investors
• Carrying out periodic reviews of investors
• Assisting with any day-to-day ad-hoc requests from investors and clients
• Working on KYC remediation projects

Requirements

• Strong understanding of KYC regulations and investor due diligence practices
• Familiarity with risk assessment protocols for investor onboarding
• Proficiency with KYC documentation and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with KYC platforms or CRM systems is an advantage
