• Practical experience with more than four years of industry experience, which includes two years of experience on mobile application development with deep understanding of React Native and other modern technologies.
• Exceptional design skills with attention to detail, experience of building complex components with an intuitive API.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, written and verbal communication skills and a passion for engineering excellence.
• Proficient in developing complex components for data visualization and analysis.
• Ability to work on cutting‑edge mobile technologies and apply them to solve complex and challenging problems, including real‑time mobile, data analytics solutions, etc.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their pain points and build solutions to address their concerns.
• Participate in project planning, design, scoping and prioritization discussions.
• Drive continued process improvements in development, testing, code maintenance, and product performance.
• Manage junior resources, help them in their career growth, resolve conflicts, motivate, and unlock their full potential.
