iOS Developer

Your role in the team

• You actively contribute to the development of the iOS part of our app, optimize existing features, and drive new functionalities forward.
• You work both in the native iOS environment and in cross-platform code based on Cordova.
• Your goal: the highest quality, security, and a future-proof architecture.
• Design and development of new features and optimization in the native iOS part of our cross-platform app.
• Development of iOS-specific features (Shortcuts, Widgets, watchOS, Live Activities, etc.).
• Maintenance and further development of existing iOS features (Push Notifications, ...).
• You are responsible for all development stages from the interface to the Miniserver up to the user interface, working closely with other developers throughout the process.
• Responsibility for the iOS platform and its continuous development.
• Further developments in the cross-platform part (React Native for Web / Typescript / Javascript).
• Support in the development of new platforms (e.g., Apple CarPlay, ...).

• It is a 38.5-hour contract with a flexitime model.
• For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the salary for this position is expected to range from €50,000 to €70,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
• We are willing to pay more in accordance with the skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web technologies (TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery or similar, CSS/HTML, any frameworks such as React or Angular).
• Excellent skills in writing clean and maintainable code, as well as outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm for the topic of home and building automation.
• Teamwork, initiative, and goal orientation.

Experience

• Several years of professional experience in app development on iOS with Swift.
• Experience with React Native is an advantage.
• Experience with Android development is an advantage.

Education

• Completed technical education (HTL/Technical School/Software Apprenticeship/FH/University).
