Responsibilities
- Development and further development of native iOS apps in Swift (and possibly Objective-C)
- Conception and implementation of new features as well as optimization of existing applications
- Collaboration with UX/UI designers to implement modern and user-friendly interfaces
- Integration of interfaces (RESTful APIs, Graph QL) and connection to backend systems
- Ensuring code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and continuous integration
- Monitoring and optimization of app performance and stability
- Accompanying the entire development process from idea to release in the App Store
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, or comparable training
- Sound experience in the development of native iOS apps with Swift
- Knowledge of common iOS frameworks (UIKit, Swift UI, Core Data, Combine)
- Experience with tools such as Xcode, Git, Jenkins, or Fastlane
- Familiar with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Understanding of Clean Code, Design Patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER), and Software Architecture
- Experience with testing frameworks (XCTest, UI Testing)
- Good sense for UX/UI and enjoyment of close collaboration with design teams
- Very good German and English skills
