Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical/Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
• 3 - 6 years of working experience.
• Good Understanding of Engineering Principles and familiarity with Manufacturing Processes like refinery, petrochemical and chemical industries.
• Working experience with EPC or manufacturing industries as mentioned above.
• Effective interpersonal, Communication skills, oral and written
• Demonstrated high written and verbal communication skills, good English (reading, speaking and writing)

Must have skills / Job role

1. Manufacturing Plant operation/process experience mainly Refinery/Petrochemical or Chemicals units.
2. Understanding of Plant Project life cycle (Engineering Design/ detailed design etc.)
3. Understanding of P&ID, PFD, Asset Model, Process Asset Hierarchy, Equipment classification
4. Hands‑on experience on Honeywell systems (PHD, DynAMo, OMPro), Smart Plant (P&ID/3D).
5. Understanding of CIFHOS (Capital Facilities Information Handover Specification) information handover practices and standards.
6. Demonstrate understanding in EPC and vendors deliverables ex. Datasheet, drawings etc.
7. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance.
8. Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
9. Participate in regional and cross‑departmental projects related to the improvement and implementation of new technologies
10. Demonstrate understanding and ownership of Process Safety and EHS

• Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze process related data that leads to Root Cause
