iPhone iPad developer / Tech Lead / Architect

Job Description

As a Mobile Application Developer for iPhone and iPad devices, your role will involve engineering and developing engaging applications. You will collaborate closely with the Management Team to conceptualize and design interactive applications within a fast-paced startup environment. Your innovative mindset and proficiency in creating high-powered applications for the Apple platform will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, designing, and developing top-notch applications for the iPhone and iPad - Collaborating with designers to create a compelling and world-class appearance for the applications, while identifying and defining UI/graphics requirements - Designing efficient, adaptable, and reusable code - Optimizing components for high performance and scalability through techniques like caching, code optimization, and efficient memory management - Gathering input and feedback from various stakeholders to enhance usability and functionality - Taking a hands-on approach and also contributing to the growth and mentorship of the team

Qualifications Required - BTech/CS/MCA degree from a premier institute - 3 - 6 years of software product development experience - 2+ years of experience in developing cutting-edge mobile iPhone/iPad applications - Strong design and development skills in C and C++, with mandatory prior experience in Objective C - Proficiency in XCode Interface Builder, iPhone SDK, and Cocoa framework - Working knowledge of at least one RDBMS, with SQLite knowledge being advantageous - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, along with experience in performance measurement tools - Experience with XML/JSON and data manipulation/extraction using parsers - Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail - Full life cycle software development experience, including design, development, testing, production, maintenance, and support - Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment with evolving requirements - Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor a team and drive innovation - Knowledge of Java, J2EE, web programming using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, plus familiarity with Webservices - Practical product experience with graphics libraries like Open GL and animation effects would be a bonus Job Description
