How will you shape our tomorrow

As a GRC & Legal Business Analyst, you are the key operational partner for Governance, Risk & Compliance and Legal digital solutions. You act as the single point of contact for these applications, ensuring they run smoothly every day and continuously evolve to support the business. You play a hands‑on role across the entire lifecycle of Finance and Legal Information Systems – from configuration and roll‑out to enhancements, user support and continuous improvement. Working closely with Internal Controlling, Internal Audit, Risk, Legal and Transformation teams, you translate operational needs into efficient, reliable and user‑friendly solutions.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support, managing incidents, analysing root causes and ensuring quick resolution
• Drive functional improvements and enhancements, from requirement gathering to implementation
• Ensure daily administration and reliability of GRC and Legal tools (access rights, configurations, data quality)
• Coordinate external partners and vendors on a daily basis to ensure smooth governance and delivery
• Support business users by providing pragmatic solutions, documentation and best‑practice guidance
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enhance user experience

Your portfolio includes the following applications

• Tracs (Acuredge) for GRC
• Soneval (In‑house developed tool) for Share‑based payments calculations
• Solis (Dilistrust) for companies, litigation and contracts management
• SoneShare (In‑house developed tool) for Shares Plan management
• SonAcquisition (Power Apps) for M&A acquisitions
• Finance Portal (SharePoint)

You also manage end‑to‑end the Entity lifecycle from creation in Solis to population of other applications, including organigram and Consolidation scope management, and you are a key contributor to all projects within your applications portfolio.

The experience you bring

• Good knowledge of financial applications management and GRC processes
• Strong sense of service, active listening, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage priorities and unexpected challenges with flexibility and composure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a sharp analytical mind

Work Mode & Location

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ᵉᵐᵉ)
