IS Product Line Manager – Sales & Supply Chain

About

We are looking for an IS Product Line Manager – Sales & Supply Chain to join our team in Paris and play a key role in defining and deploying our IT strategy across Procurement, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Sales.

As a true business partner, you will lead application roadmaps, drive our SAP S/4HANA transformation, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners. Reporting to the Head of ERP & Technical Services, you will operate in a truly international environment spanning Argentina, Norway, and the United States. This role is based in Paris 15 and requires international travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies across Procurement, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Sales into IT roadmaps, balancing value and feasibility
• Act as the primary IS contact for business units: build trusted relationships, manage escalations, and track satisfaction through KPIs and SLAs
• Lead, develop, and plan the activities of a team of 5 Business Analysts / Product Owners
• Oversee the project portfolio: timelines, steering committees, risk management, IT governance, and budget tracking
• Act as Project Manager on key initiatives within your scope
• Serve as the functional expert and IS architect on SAP modules: MM, SD/LE, WM, PP, PM, QM
• Drive TMA across your scope; ensure alignment with Group IS architecture
• Lead functional specification writing and anticipate business evolution needs
• Manage vendor relationships and administrative follow-up (purchase requests, receipts, invoices)
• Oversee budget and financial commitments within your scope
• Design and deploy change management initiatives, including training and documentation

Your profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a PLM, Business IT Manager, Product Owner, or SAP Project Manager in an industrial environment
• Proven expertise in SAP MM and SD/LE; knowledge of WM, PP, PM, QM modules is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Neptune, Fiori, Panaya, and TMS/SRM tools (Axiscope, IMOS) is appreciated
• Demonstrated experience in team management and leading complex cross-functional IS projects
• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional English is a required; Spanish is a plus.
