Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field; Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a strong plus.
• Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or CSM certification is required; certification in ITIL or Change Management is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience as an IT/IS Project Manager, with a proven track record leading enterprise software implementation projects and business carve‑out/demerger IT projects; direct experience managing EHS/OHS management system implementations is mandatory.
• Legacy System Experience: Direct working knowledge of the Intelex EHS/OHS platform (including its modules, data architecture, and administration) is required; experience with Intelex data migration or system replacement is a critical advantage.
• Carve‑Out Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading IT system carve‑outs, data separation, and platform migration projects in a corporate demerger/carve‑out environment; understanding of carve‑out legal, financial, and operational dependencies.
• OHS Compliance Knowledge: Strong working understanding of global and local OHS/EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE, ISO 45001, GDPR for safety data) and how OHS management systems support regulatory reporting and compliance.
