The Role
This position offers the opportunity to contribute entrepreneurial thinking and sales expertise in a dynamic environment. As a driving force in sales, you will actively shape the expansion of new customer business and develop long-term, valuable customer relationships. The following tasks await you:
- Active acquisition of new customers and projects through targeted prospecting and market development
- Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships in the field of IT infrastructure, security, and services
- Development, positioning, and sales of tailor-made solutions comprising hardware, software, and services
- Strategic management and further development of a robust sales pipeline to secure revenue growth
- Conducting demanding sales and decision-making meetings at management and C-level
- Responsibility for continuous and sustainable revenue growth through results-oriented action
- Operational and strategic alignment of sales activities to achieve company goals
- Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer-oriented solution development
Your Qualifications
You possess a strong sales personality, characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, goal orientation, and a strong customer focus. Your experience in B2B IT sales enables you to engage with decision-makers at eye level and successfully complete complex sales projects. You bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Several years of experience in B2B IT sales at a senior level, ideally with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven success in acquiring and closing complex sales projects, as well as in building long-term customer relationships
- In-depth technical understanding in the areas of IT infrastructure, security, and services, preferably with knowledge in the Cisco environment
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working with a high affinity for strategic sales planning
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor at the decision-maker level
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; further language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for customer visits and on-site appointments
