Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Define the Vision: Drive end‑to‑end architecture strategy for Data & AI aligned with business goals
• Build Next‑Gen Platforms: Design scalable, secure, cloud‑native data and AI systems (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Lead GenAI Innovation: Architect solutions using LLMs, multimodal AI, and RAG pipelines
• Enable Governance & Security: Implement enterprise‑grade data governance, compliance, and responsible AI
• Drive Technical Excellence: Guide teams on MLOps, DataOps, DevOps and modern engineering practices
• Influence & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years in Data Architecture / AI / ML platforms
• Strong experience with big data (Spark, Hadoop) and streaming (Kafka, Flink)
• Expertise in cloud‑native architectures and scalable pipelines
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps & AI governance
• Proven ability to design enterprise‑scale AI solutions
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in semiconductor, automotive, or large‑scale R&D environments
