IT Business Analyst

Job Description

In this role, your primary responsibility for this position is to provide support for the local Quality groups includes (but are not limited to):

• Act as point of contact for business focused application questions, identify and leverage resources across IT
• Provide consulting to Global Quality on technology and process issues
• Work with Global Quality to create a common vision for the future direction of systems and processes
• Act in a Sr Business Analyst capacity for site based Quality and Lab automation projects
• Support the global Quality and Lab automation projects being delivered to the site including communication, training, and activities associated with qualification/validation
• Act as a liaison with the Global Quality and Lab Execution Systems team
• Respond to inquiries received from the Global Quality concerning technology solutions
• Research opportunities for applying technology to solve business problems; champion introduction of technologies that have potential for transformational change
• Support Global Quality during internal and agency audits.
• Assist in the audit preparation process.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry
• knowledge of GxP, Data Integrity, Systems Compliance and other regulations relevant to Quality Systems Management
• Audit preparation experience in a GxP environment preferred
• GxP vali

Additional Information

The IT Business Analyst reports to the Business Execution System (BES) IT Site Lead of our new Facility in Luterbach. She/he has a dotted line relationship to the overall Manufacturing & IR Quality and Lab Automation Lead. Among other, you will serve as the interface between IT and Global Quality, facilitate process improvement and support Audit onsite.
