IT Business Analyst Billing

Your role in the team

• Responsibility for the redesign and digitalization of our end-to-end business processes.
• Supporting the continuous development of our company through systematic collection and improvement of current processes.
• Design of processes for new strategic business models based on best practices and departmental requirements.
• Identification of relevant process KPIs to measure the success of optimization.
• Participation in the selection of IT solutions through identification, analysis, and specification of technical requirements.
• Preparation of decision templates for top management including business case considerations.
• Close collaboration with our Business Process Owners from the departments.
• Support for innovative projects.
• Planning and participation in company-wide training sessions on process management and/or business analysis.

Qualifications

• Solid basic understanding of relevant business and IT processes.
• Understanding of the creation and maintenance of process landscape maps.
• Relevant certifications as well as knowledge of BPMN and industry-standard tools are advantageous.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured working approach.
• Strong team and communication skills combined with a high degree of initiative and self-responsibility.
• Confident demeanor with the ability to persuade clients with innovative approaches.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.

Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in process management or solution design.
• Experience and methodological competence in the identification, analysis, improvement, and design of business processes, including creating process diagrams and KPIs.

Education

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in process management, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
