IT Business Analyst – eQMS (TrackWise Digital)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the implementation of TrackWise Digital (TWD) eQMS. You'll serve as the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating quality management requirements into effective, compliant technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
• Identify process gaps and drive scalable, compliant improvements
• Collaborate with IT on backlog prioritization using Agile or hybrid delivery methods
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and validation
• Support change management: training, documentation, and user adoption
• Leverage data analysis and user feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality functions (QA, QMS, or compliance)
• 5+ years with eQMS platforms — TrackWise Digital strongly preferred
• 5+ years in IT business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences)
• Knowledge of global quality and compliance standards
• Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise system implementations
