IT Business Analyst (f/h)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Business Analyst (f/h) to join our IM department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing innovative IT solutions for digital transformation and operational efficiency. Within the DC team, you will be involved in steering IT applications and projects for customer service, supporting the Customer Service vision and the New Case Management program.

Your challenges:

• Lead scoping meetings to identify complex business needs and recommend automation solutions.
• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose IT solutions aligned with strategy.
• Support IT Product Managers in planning products and services based on customer requirements.
• Write requirements documentation, functional specifications, and analyze market trends.
• Ensure interface between product management teams and technical resources to guarantee solution integrity.

Your boarding pass:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in technical environments and architectures (AWS, Skywise, SAP, Cloud solutions, COTS).
• Proven experience in IT project management in Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Strong customer focus, team spirit, adaptability to change, and leadership in a multicultural environment.
• Negotiation level required in English and advanced level required in French.
