As an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) in a self-organizing, cross-functional Scrum team, you will support the business departments of MLP Banking AG with application-specific, complex issues. You will contribute to precise analyses and well-thought-out concepts, playing a key role in optimizing processes and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Interface Role: Together with your team, you will develop applications for all business areas of our bank in the role of a Business Analyst. You will serve as a central interface between customers and the development team of the domain.
• Develop Solutions: In an agile environment, you will work on the conception, design, and optimization of new and further developments for processes and functions within the banking domain.
• Steering: In close collaboration with the Product Owner, you will maintain an overview of the backlog (requirements/order book) and ensure its continuous population.

Requirements

• Qualification: You have completed vocational training or a degree in banking, finance, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have experience in product or project management, either in a business-related field (e.g., banking) and/or in a technical field (e.g., IT, system, or software projects).
• UI/UX Skills: You will contribute your UI and UX expertise to collaboratively design intuitive and user-friendly applications with users.
• Collaboration Tools: Jira and Confluence are familiar to you and may already be part of your daily work.
• Communication Skills: You are fluent in German and can communicate effectively with colleagues from the banking sector.
