In our insurance projects, we accompany and support industrial insurers and brokers in their digital transformation. In addition to software development, business analysis plays an important role. Discussions with experts at the client's site and the implementation of complex relationships in Microsoft Power Apps are central components. The path to achieving this is exciting and requires not only strong analytical skills and complex thinking but also endurance and perseverance to achieve rapid implementation of results.

Your Responsibilities

• Transform the traditional insurance world into the digital world
• Digitize industrial insurance processes and products on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Drive the adoption of digital processes to make collaboration between industrial insurers and their sales partners (brokers, insurers, and corporate risk managers) more efficient
• Document and model individual insurance processes and products together with our development teams
• Possess the necessary tact to identify needs, further develop our customer relationships, and acquire new customers
• Act as a point of contact for our customers and the software development team

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience as a low-code developer on the Power Platform (focus on Power Apps) and basic knowledge of the Azure platform
• Industry experience in the insurance sector, ideally in commercial or industrial insurance
• Knowledge in business analysis, model-driven software development, and proficient use of tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as Office (especially Excel)
• Successfully completed studies in natural sciences, humanities, business administration, business informatics, or computer science
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
