This Rocken partner is an extremely dynamic SME operating in a sensitive niche market. The company already has over 35 years of experience in developing business solutions (software) and around 100 employees. In addition to software, our partner offers its customers comprehensive service.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT/software projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation and acceptance
- Advise clients (cantonal and municipal) on technical and process-related issues, and create solution concepts and project proposals
- Responsibility for project management, team leadership, workshops, and stakeholder management during implementation
- Support in application management, e.g., configuration and parameterization of applications
- Collaboration across teams and participation in releases, testing, patching, and training
Qualifications
- Higher degree in business informatics (FH/HF/Uni) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in leading IT projects (min. 5 years) and ideally project management certifications such as Hermes, IPMA, or SSK
- Interest in new technologies and knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and database queries
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills combined with business understanding
- Team-oriented, open personality; experience in the tax environment is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
