YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will integrate the Supply Chain Domain within the IT Global Organization. We are a SAP Competence Center of highly qualified experts in charge of Run activities and strategic Projects impacting out SAP Core solutions. You will be at the heart of the interaction between Global Operations and the IT ecosystem of L'Oréal.

Responsibilities:

• Corrective & Evolutive Maintenance: Lead the day-to-day follow up of activities to ensure operational excellence.
• Strategic Initiatives: Take part in group-wide digital transformations (Data Platforms, Retail, E-commerce, etc.).
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Global Operations directions and local business entities, as well as IT partners across Architecture, Development, and Data.
• The S/4HANA Transformation: Be a key player in L'Oréal's ambitious program to redesign and rationalize our global landscape onto a single S/4HANA core--a worldwide rollout of unprecedented scale.

In this strategic role, your success will be built on:

• SAP SD Mystery: Deep expertise in SAP SD (both ECC and S/4HANA), coupled with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain flows.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Strong coordination skills to drive complex projects forward and ensure seamless follow-up when topics intersect across multiple global teams and stakeholders.
• Global Communication: Total confidence in an international, English-speaking environment, interacting daily with partners worldwide.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive drive to upskill and remain at the forefront of a fast-evolving tech landscape.

You will be based at our Beauty Tech Headquarters in Saint-Ouen (Paris area). This is a trendy, "L'Oréal-minded" tech hub where 2,000+ experts in Data, Architecture, and Infrastructure collaborate. It is a place designed for mobility, networking, and continuous skill development.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

• Technical Versatility: Familiarity with SAP technical layers (ABAP, Interfaces, APIs, etc.).
• Experience: 5+ years in IT Customer Care, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or the Supply Chain domain.
