Qualifications

• You have experience in the healthcare sector or enjoy working at the interface of medicine and IT.
• You bring an analytical mindset, methodical work, and strong communication skills.
• You are familiar with KIS, nursing applications, or ERP systems.
• You have very good German language skills.

Technology Environment: KIS/PIS, Microsoft 365, HL7/FHIR, BPMN, Process Analysis Tools, ITSM, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• You conduct needs analyses and formulate requirements for IT systems in the nursing and administration areas.
• You coordinate the implementation with IT teams and external providers.
• You conduct training and acceptance sessions with the users.
• You are co-responsible for the further development of existing applications (e.g., documentation systems).
• You actively participate in cross-functional digitalization projects.
