About the role
Responsibilities
- Improve enterprise project management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow) by eliciting requirements with stakeholders and partnering with development teams through implementation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of the way that CIOO delivers IT services.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Any government experience supporting financial regulatory division at Dept. of Treasury, FDIC or Dept. of Commerce
- Completed Master's degree
- ITIL Certification
- 10+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager handling ServiceNow workflows
