SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Austria Group and handles all IT matters for SPAR, INTERSPAR, and SES Spar European Shopping Centers. We are over 700 bright minds with two agendas: ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all SPAR customers in 5 countries and managing the digital business processes "behind the shelves" within the group.

Your Role

You will support us by:

• Analyzing and specifying requirements in the checkout and promotions environment at national and international levels, in collaboration with business departments.
• Conceptualizing and optimizing omnichannel promotion processes – from planning in the ERP system to implementation at the checkout and in the SPAR app.
• Technically elaborating and integrating systems and interfaces in close cooperation with development teams.
• Further developing the existing framework together with international marketing teams to provide all customers with a state-of-the-art shopping experience.

What You Bring

You convince with:

• Successfully completed education in computer science (apprenticeship, HTL, university degree).
• Several years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally in the retail environment.
• Understanding of complex systems.
• Experience with databases and tools for agile project development.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
