IT Business Analyst - Retail Applications (m/w/d)

SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Austria Group and takes care of all IT matters for SPAR, INTERSPAR, and SES Spar European Shopping Centers.

Your Role

• Analysis and specification of requirements in the checkout and promotions environment at national and international level, together with the specialist departments
• Concept and optimization of omnichannel promotion processes – from planning in the ERP system to implementation at the checkout and the SPAR app
• Technical elaboration and integration of systems and interfaces in close cooperation with development teams
• Further development of the existing framework together with international marketing teams to provide all customers with a state-of-the-art shopping experience

Your Profile

• Successfully completed education in the field of IT (apprenticeship, HTL, university degree)
• Several years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally in the retail environment
• Understanding of complex systems
• Experience with databases and tools for agile project development
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
