Responsibilities

• Modeling and optimization of insurance processes in the areas of private and corporate clients
• Analysis and evaluation of solution options regarding functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Development and documentation of business requirements in close coordination with stakeholders
• Implementation of business requirements through parameterization in the core system (Syrius)
• Support and participation in customer projects for the further development of the system landscape

Qualifications

• Training in IT or commercial field with further education in IT or Business Analysis
• Professional experience in health or accident insurance
• Knowledge in the parameterization of the core system Syrius
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe)
• Proficient in requirements management and collaboration with business and IT departments
