About Us

For our partner company, we are looking for an IT Business Consultant (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with various departments to analyze and optimize existing processes
• Translation of business requirements into IT-related solutions
• Participation in digitalization and transformation projects
• Management and coordination of requirements between internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Support in the introduction, adaptation, and further development of applications and processes
• Identification of potential improvements within the system and process landscape

Profile

• Experience in an IT-related environment, e.g., in IT consulting, business analysis, project management, or process management
• Understanding of operational processes and digital processes
• Ability to gather requirements from business departments and communicate them in a structured manner
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in digitalization and the further development of systems and processes
