IT C- 0505 - Project Manager/Director AI Transformation

Context

As part of a major IT transformation, the client is deploying a program around supporting employees on artificial intelligence and agentics, in order to support operational performance and innovation. The consultant will support the Program Management in piloting and coordinating AI transformation initiatives within IT teams, with a strong focus on team animation and support.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational management of the program
• Participate in the structuring and implementation of acculturation actions for IT teams
• Lead an internal community around AI
• Contribute to the consistency of initiatives with internal frameworks
• Prepare the necessary elements for monitoring and governance bodies

Required Skills

• Proven experience in transformation project management in a technological environment (AI, Data)
• Demonstrated practice of transverse coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a large international group and/or a matrix organization
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and senior management
