IT Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable demo and Proof of Value (POV) environments. This role is critical in supporting Sales and Pre-Sales teams by ensuring highly reliable, secure, and production-like environments across AWS and Azure platforms. You will drive automation, optimize cloud infrastructure, and act as the primary technical owner for customer-facing demo systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud-based demo environments used by Sales and Pre-Sales teams
• Design, deploy, and support POV environments for customer evaluations
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
• Install, upgrade, patch, and configure systems across environments
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
• Troubleshoot complex problems across cloud, OS, networking, and application layers
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration processes
• Standardize infrastructure practices and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to support technical demos and customer needs
• Assist in deployments within customer environments when required
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and deployment guides
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement

Requirements Skills

• 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or systems engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in Linux system administration in production environments
• Experience managing virtual machines, storage, and compute resources
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC/VNet, routing, NAT, load balancers, security groups)
• Proven ability to deploy and manage enterprise applications in cloud environments
• Experience troubleshooting multi-tier architectures
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Experience automating infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration abilities

Added Advantage

• Experience with Docker or container-based environments
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
• Experience supporting demo platforms or customer-facing environments
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations or similar tools
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for cloud platforms

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc preferred.
