Your Role

We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our support team and help our customers get the most out of LearningSuite & SalesSuite. Whether you already have experience in customer support or come from a technical/craft background, we offer you the opportunity to enter the world of modern software solutions and digital systems. You will be onboarded completely digitally with our own training system.

In addition to LearningSuite, we also develop SalesSuite, a second proprietary SaaS software solution in the CRM, sales processes, and automation sector. SalesSuite helps companies centrally manage and efficiently digitize leads, customer inquiries, pipelines, and internal processes. This gives you insights into not just one platform, but two modern software products in a fast-growing tech company.

During your onboarding, you will learn step-by-step how to professionally use our software, understand technical contexts and digital systems, integrations, automations, and software setups, as well as modern customer communication and how to explain complex technical topics understandably.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist our customers via support chat, email, and video calls for LearningSuite and SalesSuite
  • Conduct onboarding & kick-off calls for successful software implementation
  • Provide technical support for integrations, automations, and interfaces with external tools
  • Set up and configure established software solutions like Zapier, Make, n8n, and other automation tools
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate closely with our product team for continuous platform improvement
  • Assist customers with technical questions, workflows, and digital processes
  • Quality assurance of our software, including documentation and reporting of bugs and suggestions for improvement
  • Contribute to internal processes, documentation, and optimizations in the customer success and support areas
  • Support project-related tasks such as feature documentation, product rollouts, or events

Requirements

  • You are tech-savvy and interested in modern software, digital systems, and automations
  • Terms like AI, LLMs, APIs, Webhooks, Scripts, or Automations are familiar to you
  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus
  • You enjoy working with people and convince with a communicative and solution-oriented approach
  • Structured, accurate, and reliable work style with a high quality standard
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to continuously learn new tools and technical processes
  • Ability to coordinate multiple topics and projects in parallel and adapt priorities flexibly
  • Independent work as well as teamwork and hands-on mentality
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and proactively contributing to solutions

Salary

The actual salary ranges between EUR 2,700 and EUR 3,900 gross per month (based on a 38.5-hour week), depending on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times annually. Additionally, a monthly bonus is granted. The collective agreement for Information Technology, Data Processing (IT) applies.

Overtime

Any overtime incurred will be paid.
