Qualifications

• Experience or training in data architecture, data governance, or comparable roles
• Data modeling and building consistent data structures
• Understanding of business processes and their translation into data models
• Basic knowledge of data platforms, integration, and analytics
• Ability to structure complex contexts as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Pragmatic approach with a focus on usable data rather than theory
• Language skills: German very good, English good, French good

Responsibilities

• Data architecture responsibility: Development and control of the technical data architecture across all areas
• Definition of data models, data objects, and information flows for a clear structure
• Ensuring data consistency, uniform terms, and relevant key figures
• Development and implementation of Data Governance as well as ensuring data quality
• Integration and structuring of data flows across different systems
• Close collaboration with Data Engineers, Architecture, and IT as well as support for Business in data utilization
