To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Eschweiler, we are looking for you as an IT Dev Ops Engineer (m/f/d). SUMMIT offers you a broad field of activity in a modern company.
Your Tasks
- System support and system administration of various server systems (Debian, Ubuntu, Windows)
- Conception of solutions for efficient infrastructure management, authentication processes, automation of services and updates
- Knowledge transfer and technical consultation for customers
- Creation and maintenance of software and project documentation
- Participation in the planning of new concepts and strategies within the internal IT infrastructure
What we expect from you?
- Completed studies in IT or a completed vocational training with an IT focus
- Several years of professional experience in Linux administration, scripting, automation, technical interface management
- Advanced knowledge of Linux-based server systems, basic knowledge of Windows
- Basic knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure administration, networks, services, technical interfaces
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible), Monitoring (e.g. Check MK, Zabbix), Identity Management (e.g. Keycloak), GIT, Docker, NGINX
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new subject areas and to undergo further training in these areas
- No fear of customer contact
- Team player
- Good communication skills and German language skills
