About

In this role you define and evolve the CVUS IT and Digital product portfolio to deliver clinical, operational, and business value. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for standalone and integrated solutions, coordinating with GE HealthCare IT platforms and external partners. You will shape the CVIS IT and Digital strategy across reporting, viewers, PACS, and cross-modality workflows, collaborating with IGS and ICAR product peers to ensure coherent roadmaps. This role blends cardiology workflows with enterprise healthcare IT and digital transformation, offering strategic impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation / Benefits

  • Own product vision, strategy, and prioritization for CVUS IT and Digital products, including cloud-enabled and AI-supported features
  • Manage full product lifecycle, versions, integrations, and feature evolution
  • Engage with customers and market stakeholders to inform direction
  • Translate clinical, business, and technical needs into clear requirements and trade-offs
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, UX, clinical, and business teams across the lifecycle
  • Drive partnerships with third-party vendors for image analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions (licensing and business development)
  • Shape and drive CVIS-wide IT strategy across reporting, viewers, PACS integration, and cross-modality workflows
  • Provide strategic coordination with Digital PM peers in IGS and ICAR for aligned roadmaps and ecosystem coherence
  • Support recurring revenue transformation including SaaS enablement and evolution of business models (CAPEX to OPEX) and pay-per-use offerings

Responsibilities

  • Significant experience in Product Management, Digital Health, Healthcare IT, or medical technology
  • Proven track record owning software products across their lifecycle, including roadmap ownership
  • Experience influencing cross-functional, global stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • USA: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with at least 6 years of relevant experience
