Responsibilities

The position holder will be in charge of the following tasks:

• IT asset management
• Network and computer room management
• IT facilities such as factory surveillance
• Maintenance of office systems
• Management of IT equipment (software and hardware)
• Outsourcing management
• Implementation of IT projects for the manufacturing plant
• Operation and maintenance of factory-end informatization systems
• Information security management

Qualifications

• Good writing communication skills
• Fluent in English (German proficiency preferred)
• Familiar with IT related laws and regulations and data protection
• Able to independently complete business liaison, information collection & analysis, and assist business departments in daily supervision
• Proficient in Linux/Windows Server systems; skilled in troubleshooting software, hardware and server issues
• Master TCP/IP protocol, capable of operating network devices (routers, switches, etc.)
• HCIE/CCIE or equivalent high-level certifications preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to assist superiors in work coordination and resource allocation
• Prior experience in informatisation/ digitisation construction (WMS/MES/SAP/SRM/SCM, etc.) preferred
