Duties & Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a senior infrastructure professional who thrives in complex, always‑on environments and takes accountability seriously.
• You’ll lead second‑line problem solving, keep critical platforms running, and drive continuous improvements across on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.
• This is a hands‑on role for someone who steps up when systems wobble, enforces standards, and delivers stability—not excuses.

Tech Stack & Environment

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Hybrid environments)
• Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11
• Identity & Access: Active Directory, Azure AD
• Networking: LAN/WAN, routing & switching, Wi‑Fi, VPNs
• Virtualisation: Hyper‑V / VMware
• Security: Endpoint security, email security, incident response
• ITSM: Service Desk tools, ITIL‑aligned processes
• Storage & Backup: Enterprise storage, disaster recovery
• Automation: PowerShell scripting
• Collaboration: Microsoft 365
