Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise infrastructure supporting customer-facing and internal applications
• Architect and maintain containerized application platforms using Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Review application and infrastructure designs to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and operational readiness
• Maintain detailed architecture diagrams, infrastructure documentation, and operational procedures
• Act as escalation lead for complex infrastructure and application incidents
• Lead major incident management activities including diagnosis, stabilization, and recovery. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive permanent corrective and preventive actions
• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Harness, Tekton, and UDeploy
• Automate application deployments, patching, configuration management, and certificate lifecycle processes

Salary Range

$110,000 to $125,000 per year
