The Challenges of this IT Job

• Development and implementation of stable, secure, and user-friendly workplace and cloud solutions with high practical relevance.
• Continuous optimization of user usability through needs-based, everyday solutions.
• Conception of holistic architectures integrating Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Services, automation technologies, and modern cloud approaches.
• Identification and evaluation of use cases for Microsoft 365 Copilot and introduction considering security and data protection requirements.
• Development of automation and assistance solutions with Microsoft 365 Agent, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.
• Establishment and further development of governance structures (e.g., DLP policies, permissions, environment strategies, ALM/Deployment).
• Analysis of existing services, derivation of optimization potentials, and systematic further development.
• Creation of Proof-of-Concepts, prototypes, and practical solution approaches with a clear focus on user benefit.
• Close collaboration with departments such as Information Security, IT Architecture, Operations, and business units, as well as understandable communication of complex content.

Your Qualification for this IT Job

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification; alternatively, sound practical experience in the Microsoft Workplace and Cloud environment.
• Strong ability to analytically penetrate technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially in introduction, enablement, and development of use cases.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Connectors).
• Understanding of the interrelationships between identity management, end devices, security requirements, governance, and user experience.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, maintainable, and operational solutions.
• Holistic thinking across all levels – from infrastructure and identity to user experience.
• Structured, conceptually strong, and iterative working method with a high quality standard.
• Knowledge in the area of governance and Application Lifecycle Management is desirable.
• Communication strength and consulting competence in an interdisciplinary IT environment.
• Very good German and English skills.
