You operate and optimize IT infrastructures with Linux, Windows servers, cloud platforms, and Atlassian. You take responsibility for stable systems, contribute technical expertise, and work closely with teams and service providers. What to expect:

• You are the central point of contact for 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring that our employees – remote and on-site – can work reliably.
• You are responsible for the stable operation of our Linux and Windows servers and ensure smooth operation.
• You administer our cloud environments in Azure and AWS and continuously develop them together with internal interfaces.
• You manage and administer our Atlassian cloud environment (Jira, Confluence) and ensure clean structures, permissions, and availability.
• You monitor the system landscape with monitoring tools like Icinga and Nagios, coordinate external service providers if necessary, and document solutions in a structured manner with a view to governance, compliance, and licensing issues.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed IT training or a comparable degree and have extensive practical experience as an IT Administrator (m/f/d) or Cloud Operations Engineer (m/f/d) in operating complex IT systems.
• You have sound know-how in Linux environments, are familiar with Windows servers, and have already administratively supported cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• You are familiar with Atlassian products, MDM solutions, and monitoring tools from your daily work.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL or comparable service management approaches helps you to process incidents and problems in a structured manner.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and communicate clearly with our specialist departments and external service providers, both in German and English.
• You have a driver's license and are prepared to provide IT support at our logistics center on-site if required.
