Why Join Us?
You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the information system within a rapidly growing structure. Working directly with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of infrastructures, hardware and telephony management, while piloting technical evolution and optimization projects. You will also play a central role in supporting internal users, ensuring responsive, educational, and employee-experience-oriented IT support on a daily basis.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer, supervise and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), networks and storage systems.
- Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with local infrastructures.
- Implement security policies (firewalls, antivirus, backups, updates).
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks using tools (scripts, No Code, AI Agent, ...).
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users, remotely and on-site, ensuring quality of service, responsiveness and pedagogy.
- Handle incidents and requests related to workstations, access, collaborative tools, IT equipment, local network and telephony.
- Support employees during onboarding, internal moves and offboarding, to ensure smooth provision of tools and equipment.
- Raise awareness and train users on IT best practices, cybersecurity and effective use of internal tools.
- Manage IT equipment (computers, peripherals, licenses): tracking, renewal, standardization and purchasing optimization.
- Manage company telephony (mobile and fixed): contracts, equipment, user support and cost rationalization.
- Deploy and maintain collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email).
- Lead IT evolution projects (migration, virtualization, automation, certifications).
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure active monitoring of cybersecurity and infrastructure optimization solutions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in IT, networks, systems, cybersecurity or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and network administration, ideally in a start-up/SME and multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Cisco.
- Confirmed experience in hardware and telephony management, and an appetite for financial optimization.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and ITIL best practices.
- Analytical mindset, rigor and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pedagogical approach with internal users: => Experience or strong aptitude for internal user support, with a service-oriented approach, problem-solving, and employee satisfaction.
