Role

In this role, you will work on stable and modern Microsoft infrastructure platforms that are operated both on-premises and in hybrid and cloud environments. You will take responsibility for operation, further development, and support, ensuring that customer environments run reliably and performantly. You will combine technical engineering with operational IT support and actively participate in projects.

Responsibilities

• Operation, engineering, and further development of Microsoft-based infrastructure platforms in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Handling customer inquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Analysis, isolation, and resolution of technical disruptions during ongoing operations
• Participation in customer projects and technical implementations
• Ensuring stable and reliable platform operation

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in IT or platform development (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in operating Microsoft infrastructures (on-prem and cloud advantageous)
• Good knowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft technologies
• Experience in technical support and customer interaction
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent in German
