Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, steering, and implementing technical IT projects and rollouts
• Coordination of cross-departmental initiatives with internal specialist teams and external service providers
• Monitoring and ensuring time, cost, and quality targets in a dynamic environment
• Shared responsibility for the stable operation and strategic further development of defined IT services
• Establishment and maintenance of a structured, auditable documentation and process landscape
• Proactive identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase service quality
• Technical support for cross-departmental changes and complex transformation projects

Qualifications

• Sound IT education with additional qualification in project management, ITIL, or comparable methods
• Proven project experience in technical IT environments, including infrastructure and workplace topics
• Experience in collaborating with international teams or in global rollout projects is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels
• Structured, self-reliant way of working with a high quality standard
• Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and developing junior talents
