NOW HIRING: IT Specialist - Technical Advisor
We're looking for a senior IT professional to provide strategic advice on information management and IT business systems, including development of procedures, processes, and methodologies.
What you'll do:
- Lead the integration, design, and re-engineering of OSORA-wide IT systems supporting records management, FOIA, CUI, regulatory business processes, and CMS manuals
- Serve as principal technical advisor to senior leadership on IT and information management systems, recommending strategies, policies, and solutions
- Lead enterprise-wide modernization of document management and workflow systems, integrating records and information management requirements and security controls
- Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Government Task Lead for multi-year, multi-million dollar IT programs
- Coordinate across multiple CMS components and align solutions with enterprise architecture and federal compliance mandates
What we need:
- Experience serving as advisor to senior leadership on IT strategy, system improvements, data governance, workflow enhancements, or digital-records modernization
- Background overseeing IT contracts or vendor services, including developing requirements, monitoring performance, and managing budgets
- Experience managing or supporting digital workflows for sub-regulatory guidance, ensuring accuracy, version control, and records management
