DPP is seeking an IT Program Manager for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.
Position Details
- Work location: Partial onsite (Tues., Wed., Thurs., and as needed) in Columbia, SC
- Duration: 12 months
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; possible overtime, travel, weekends and off hours
- Other: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level (Public Trust) US security clearance.
Position Summary
- Manage and update the program schedule in Microsoft Project, ensuring task dependencies, resource allocations, milestone progress, and critical path impacts are accurately maintained.
- Facilitate program ceremonies and team syncs through Microsoft Teams, capturing key actions, decisions, and risks while keeping business and IT stakeholders aligned.
- Maintain essential program documentation in SharePoint, status reports, intake materials, and governance artifacts.
- Refresh and validate Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, KPIs, budget performance, timelines, and risk indicators.
- Coordinate workflow activities in Power Automate by reviewing demand items and monitoring change requests for accuracy and status.
- Use Visio or similar tools to create process diagrams, workflows, or visual aids that support clarity across leadership and cross-functional teams.

- SDLC (Experience managing projects through a full SDLC lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post implementation support)
Minimum Required Work Experience
- 7 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams.
- Completion of the Client’s Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.
Required Education/Equivalency
- Bachelor's degree (any major);
- OR, Associate degree plus 2 years of job-related experience
- OR, 4 years of related work experience (total 11 years of experience without a degree)
