IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an IT Program Manager to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

This is a high-visibility role, responsible for overseeing a complex, large-scale program. The successful candidate will manage program-level dependencies and ensure the integration of various underlying projects while reporting into leadership.

Duties

• Drive the execution of a high-priority, complex IT program from inception to completion
• Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple projects to ensure program alignment
• Provide indirect leadership and guidance to Project Managers within the program workstreams
• Develop and deliver high-level presentations and status reports for executive leadership
• Coordinate effectively with offshore Project Managers and global delivery teams

Desired Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs
• Expert proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Project
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level reporting
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Proven track record as a proactive driver who takes ownership of program outcomes
• Prior experience within the telecommunications industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CSM, or related Agile certifications
• Technical background, such as prior experience in software development or systems architecture
• Experience managing or coordinating with offshore project management teams

Compensation

The approximate pay range for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
