Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Tableau, Tableau Prep, Splunk, ServiceNow, and AVAYA, and Cognos tools.
- On-the-job experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel including activities such as pivot tables, v-looks, multiple charting techniques, formulas, macros.
- On-the-job experience with strategy and business case planning including the understanding of balanced scorecard or related methodology.
- On-the-job experience devising appropriate methodology and approach to evaluate performance and revise key process indicators as needed.
- On-the-job experience collecting and comprehending large sets of qualitative and quantitative data (structured and unstructured), and translating into meaningful findings, including some cases where no data exists and a collection method must be devised and executed.
- Developing surveys and crafting concise targeted questions and rating scale.
- On-the-job experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma (LSS) and business process reengineering (BPR).
- On-the-job experience identifying organizational improvement opportunities, scoping them and assisting leadership with prioritization through effort versus impact methodologies.
- On-the-job experience exhibiting professional writing and communication skills.
- On-the-job experience planning and facilitating large group meetings for senior level executives, and building consensus across dissenting viewpoints.
- Being able to develop and support zero based budgeting.
- Analytical skills such as collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data so various audiences with differing backgrounds can understand.
- Big picture thinking such as seeing how work aligns to strategic goals, mission, and vision.
- Organizational skills and being capable of managing different work streams and projects simultaneously with the agility to manage near and long term deadlines in tandem, and informing stakeholders of work status and risks to delivery.
- Articulating complex ideas at all levels of the workforce, including senior leadership, and in front of large groups.
- Working independently with little guidance and to confidently lead teams, setting and managing expectations for the duration of projects, knowing when to escalate information and tasks.
Certifications
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- On-the-job experience in the IT field including supporting for the WMA and personnel working externally such as CONUS and OCONUS.
- Connecting business performance to financials in a working capital fund environment.
- Understanding, developing, and supporting parametric estimation.
- Warehousing, logistics, procurement, and asset management.
