About
As an IT Program Manager, you will drive the Microsoft ERP program (Business Central & Navision) based on a global template with the latest cloud-based Microsoft technology. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to both strategic alignment and implementation.
Your Future Tasks:
- Analyze, evaluate, and implement new trends and technologies in the Microsoft ERP area with our strong IT architect community
- Develop the roadmap planning in close coordination with management and the business side
- Plan, budget, control, and realize the Microsoft ERP IT product and project portfolio
- Lead project teams throughout the entire project duration
- Stakeholder communication and change management
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, including moderating user story workshops
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in IT or business administration or similar, or acquired through other means
- Several years of relevant professional experience in IT project management or comparable positions with a focus on IT process consulting and IT program management
- Extensive know-how in Microsoft ERP, especially Business Central/Navision
- Experience with template-based rollouts and the use of Microsoft ERP in sales companies of an international company
- Fluent English skills
- You quickly adapt to new processes and inspire your stakeholders with your efficient and pragmatic approaches.
- At the same time, you build trust at eye level and find the right tone in your communication worldwide.
Work Environment:
